National Development Planning Commission
The National Development Planning Commission (NDPC), in collaboration with the Design and Technology Institute (DTI), held a high-level meeting to advance discussions on human capital development and workforce planning.
The engagement highlighted a strategic approach to strengthening human capital, with the strategy currently under development and key recommendations already being implemented. Plans are also underway to develop a comprehensive implementation framework and establish a dedicated Development Desk.
Stakeholders emphasised the importance of clear policy guidelines for private sector participation to ensure sustainability, informed by global best practices.
